Viamins B6 & B12

Lower levels of vitamins B6 and B12 can intensify a hangover, says Dr. David Katz, director of the Yale Prevention Research Center. Alcohol inhibits absorption of these compounds. Supplements taken the next day can speed your recovery. The best practice is to take them with a full pint of water before bed the night before. But be careful, don’t take them all the time, as excessive amounts have been linked to long-term nerve damage.

Thats true for Vitamin B6, B12 however, you can take literally thousands upon thousands of milligrams a day without any harm to you. A lot of water and and a lot of B12 are the best things you can do for a hangover.
