Drink Water

Next time you leave the pub and head home to pass out be sure to drink something else. Before you go to bed it is best to drink a pint or water or a Sport Drink of some sort. You get a hangover because you are dehydrated and water and sports drinks even juice and milk will help prevent this hangover dehydration. Orange Juice is also good as it contains vitamin C and this helps speedup the alcohol breakdown in the liver.
